General Terms, Protected Payment & Privacy-First Charter

• Single currency: All services shown and booked on BraidBooker are priced exclusively in Euros (€ EUR), with no hidden fees.

• Full payment online: The service is paid in full online when booking, with the BraidBooker protection fee on top: 10% of the price, minimum €4, maximum €20 up to €400 of service; above that, €20 plus 5% of the part exceeding €400. Nothing is charged until the afro hair braider has confirmed the slot: your card is only on hold.

• Payout to the afro hair braider: The price of the service is paid to the afro hair braider 48 hours after the end of the service, unless a problem is reported. BraidBooker takes no commission on the hairstyle.

• Cancellation: Before confirmation, cancellation with no charge at all. After confirmation: up to 48 h before the appointment, the service is refunded; between 48 h and 24 h before, half of the service is refunded and the other half goes to the afro hair braider; less than 24 h before or in case of no-show, the service remains due to the afro hair braider. The protection fee is not refunded after confirmation.

• Afro hair braider cancellation or no-show: the client is refunded in full (service price and protection fee) and her request is immediately offered to other afro hair braiders.

• Service at the private salon: BraidBooker never requires the client's personal address for a salon appointment. Only the first name, the mobile phone number (for the confirmation SMS) and the email (for the receipt and the .ics calendar invitation) are requested.

• Service at home (2-step disclosure): When booking an afro hair braider at home, only your street and your city are requested in order to calculate the travel area. The confidential access details (door code, building, floor, intercom) are provided after booking and are unlocked for your afro hair braider only 2 hours before the appointment (H-2).

• Data protection: You can request the complete deletion of your data at any time via support@braidbooker.com.

• Commitment of salons and afro hair braiders: Each partner afro hair braider undertakes to respect the punctuality of the booked slot, strict hygiene of the equipment, transparency about the hair extensions supplied and gentle braiding to protect the scalp.

• If the afro hair braider cancels, your payment is refunded in full and your request is offered to other afro hair braiders.

• Any support request or claim can be submitted from your Bookings space or by email at support@braidbooker.com.
